The Walters State Help Desk is dedicated to assisting with computing and technology issues. This assistance is provided on a phone-in, email or on a walk-in basis during our operating hours.
The Help Desk is operated by the staff from the Information and Educational Technologies (IET) department.
IET has also revamped this Walters State Help Desk website. The focus is to provide assistance in dealing with technology issues, make available information about IET services and link to information of interest to faculty staff and students. |
